Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but due to the nature of our products and the limited availability of certain designs, all returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

Returns and exchanges must be requested and approved within 14 days of delivery
- Approved returns must be postmarked within 21 days. Returns sent back after this period will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

All returned items must be free of pet or human hair, and free of any odors, including fragrance, smoke, or deodorant

Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a valid tracking number is required

If requesting an exchange, please note that size and style availability is not guaranteed, and we cannot hold or reserve items in advance

A note must be included inside your return package with your order number and a clear explanation of whether you are requesting a return or exchange, and if exchanging, what item/size you'd like in return

If your return does not meet the criteria above and is rejected, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you

All sale items and limited edition releases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue—we’ll make it right.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days once received.
Customers will receive a follow-up email once processed. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on the bank’s processing times.
